TERMS & CONDITIONS – RAIN FM EVENT
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in any event (“Event”) organized by RAIN FM (FM SEOUL BANG SONG INC) (“Organizer”). By RSVP’ing, registering, or attending the Event, you (“Guest”) agree to these Terms in full.
1. Event Admission
1.1 Attendance is limited to individuals who RSVP through the official event platform.
1.2 The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any Guest who fails to comply with these Terms or the rules of the venue.
1.3 Guests must present valid identification if requested by the Organizer or venue staff.
2. Deposits & Payments
2.1 Any deposits, registration fees, or payments made toward attendance are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to Guest cancellations, changes of plan, or failure to attend.
2.2 Payments are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Organizer.
3. Venue Rules & Compliance
3.1 Guests must comply with all venue rules, policies, and staff instructions.
3.2 Smoking, illegal substances, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
3.3 The Organizer and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove Guests who violate rules, act in a disorderly manner, or pose a risk to others.
4. Conduct & Safety
4.1 Guests agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and the venue.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Guest for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct, without refund.
4.3 Guests are responsible for their own belongings and safety throughout the Event.
5. Food & Beverages
5.1 Beverages and/or light refreshments may be provided by the Organizer.
5.2 Guests purchasing additional food or beverages from the venue do so at their own expense.
5.3 Alcoholic beverages, if provided, may only be consumed by Guests of legal drinking age.
6. Assumption of Risk
6.1 Attendance at the Event is voluntary. Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
Personal injury or illness (including communicable diseases)
Property loss, damage, or theft
Accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after the Event
6.2 Guests voluntarily release and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, and their affiliates from any responsibility or liability related to such risks.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1 RAIN FM (FM SEOUL BANG SONG INC), the venue, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage of any kind that may occur in connection with the Event.
7.2 Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and participation at the Event.
8. Media Release
8.1 By attending, Guests grant permission to the Organizer and its affiliates to capture, record, and use photographs, video, or audio taken during the Event for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.
8.2 Guests waive any rights of review, ownership, or royalties related to such media.
9. Changes & Cancellation
9.1 Event details (including date, time, location, or format) are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.
9.2 In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, deposits and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9.3 The Organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by Guests in connection with the Event.
10. Indemnification
10.1 Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, and their affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from Guest’s actions, participation, or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By RSVP’ing and attending the Event, Guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
