NETFLIX K-POP ANIMATED FILM SOUNDTRACK DOMINATES UK CHARTS FOR SECOND STRAIGHT WEEK!

‘Golden’ Makes History as First K-Pop Track to Hold #1 Spot for Non-Consecutive Weeks Since Psy’s ‘Gangnam Style’

LONDON – The virtual girl group Huntrix is CRUSHING the competition! Their hit single “Golden” from Netflix’s animated film “K-Pop Demon Hunters” has secured its SECOND consecutive week at #1 on the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100, marking an unprecedented THREE total weeks at the summit!

CHART DOMINATION CONTINUES: Not only is “Golden” holding strong at the top, but THREE tracks from the “K-Pop Demon Hunters” soundtrack are simultaneously sitting pretty in the Top 10 – proving this animated sensation is NO flash in the pan!

The track first crashed into the charts at #93 before SKYROCKETING to #1 earlier this month, becoming the FIRST K-Pop song to claim the UK #1 spot since Psy’s global phenomenon “Gangnam Style” back in 2012 – that’s a 13-YEAR drought, people!

MAKING HISTORY: Last week, “Golden” made K-Pop HISTORY as the first track from the genre to achieve non-consecutive #1 positions, and now it’s extending that record-breaking streak even further!

The powerhouse collaboration features former SM Entertainment trainee-turned-composer Lee Jae alongside vocalists Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami – all three artists sharing Korean-American heritage. The track has also conquered the US Billboard Hot 100, proving its GLOBAL appeal!

STREAMING WARS: With Netflix’s animated series continuing to break barriers and “Golden” showing NO signs of slowing down, the K-Pop wave is officially UNSTOPPABLE in 2025!
